A PEACHY WAY TO END A GREAT DAY

Today was an awesome day! I went for a hike which was so much fun!

Then, I made roasted peaches for a delicious treat. I bought some at Wegman's. I sliced some peaches and sprinkled them with brown sugar and a little bit of butter. Then I roasted them in the oven. A simple, but wonderful treat, especially topped with some vanilla ice cream.

It was nice to enjoy a sunny weekend before the storms are predicted to arrive in Maryland.
